The missions of Côte d’Azur Habitat are:
- Construction
For the renting and the accession to property of:
- Collective and individual housing
- Dependencies, e.g. garages
- Equipment necessary to economic and social life : shops, offices, lobbies
- Management
Côte d’Azur Habitat is in charge of the maintenance of the housing and of the equipment of common parts. It also takes care of the social follow-up of its tenants
- The improvement and refurbishment
Côte d’Azur Habitat refurbishes old buildings and oversees the improvement of the existing assets.
- Engineering and planning
Côte d’Azur Habitat also carries out project studies, as well as their follow-up and implementation. Its missions include the acceptance of works (commissioning), the coordination of safety or the control of operations, for itself or on the behalf of local authorities.
