The aim of this online training course is to follow the steps of the “Cities4ZERO Urban Transformation Strategy for Cities’ Decarbonisation”, a methodology developed as part of the SmartEnCity project. It is designed to help you and your city to reach your own goals of decarbonisation.

Marketplace of EIP-SCC: Delivery models, funding & procurement for smart cities

In times of great market disruption cities should avoid relying on a single delivery model to support all of their #SmartCity ambitions. Cities able to use a range of delivery strategies and combine funding sources are at a clear advantage when they seek to deploy smart solutions in a changing market. Using real life cases, the EIP-SCC goes through four different, but complementary, roles that cities can play to support the adoption of smart city solutions, highlighting funding models and what market situation is addressed for each role.
